Commissioned projects are those that come from outside the university and allow us to use our academic and research activities to contribute to the community. Under this project framework, faculty or other AUA members carry out the contracted work and report the results to the requesting organization.

Areas of specialization
AUA is actively involved in a variety of activities designed to promote arts and culture in conjunction with the local community. These include the production of artworks, musician referral, and any other project that makes use of AUA talent and artistic resources.
